The second half of Acts 26:18 "For they have obtained remission of sins through faith in me, that they may share in grace with those who have been sanctified."
These are Paul's words as he is making his case before King Agrippa about his conversion by Jesus on his way to Damascus and his commission from Jesus.
God uses those whose hearts have been opened by Him against those who do not yet know Him. Just as Paul met Jesus, was converted, and told what Jesus said to him over and over again, we are given the opportunity to tell how God relates to us and what He has shown us.
It is not about knowledge but about the experience of each of us. God's way is not the most comfortable way for us (because it is slow), but it certainly opens someone's heart.
God's way is to increase the number of people who are changed by God one by one, and those who are changed are used by God to pass the baton of Jesus to the next person.
Each of us is a receiver and a giver. There is no enjoyment or pleasure in receiving God's blessings all by ourselves. It is a miracle that multiplies as we share!
Just as popcorn pops and swells, joy pops and spreads.
Today, the Sabbath, I want to be a willing recipient of God's love and a generous giver of joy and hope! May God pour His blessings upon you, Shalom.
