John 6:37 Everyone whom the Father giveth me shall come to me; and I will in no wise cast him out. And whosoever cometh unto me, I will in no wise cast out."

God has loved us since He created us, or rather, before He created us, and He continues to love us.

Even if we go to Jesus without knowledge, status, or honor, even if we go to Him incomplete and inadequate, He welcomes us. Not only that, but Jesus is always looking for us because He is always looking for us.

The language of acceptance used in this declaration is very powerful. It is as if Jesus is saying that He will never reject you, never retreat, never refuse, never reject you.

There is no crime too heinous to be welcomed by the Savior of this world, no addiction to darkness too dark, no shame too deep, no detour too far. There is no other way to be sure of this than to know who Jesus is. My Jesus will surely, absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt, accept me with open arms.

I can jump into Jesus without hesitation. He heals me, loves me, forgives me, and rejoices in my presence. Jesus will never cast me out or say He doesn't know me.

The more we know Him, the more our confidence in Him grows! What is your Jesus like?
