Song of Songs 8:6,7 "Love is as strong as death/ Passion is as terrible as a flood. A flame that burns with sparks. Not even great waters can extinguish love / Nor floods sweep it away."

God is the One of love.

The Bible says that His love is strong enough to make us jealous.

God's love is unconditional, and even though we often drift away from Him, He nevertheless continues to love us.

Our good deeds do not make God's love greater, nor do our bad deeds make God's love less.

God loves us even when we don't seem to need His love.

God does not love us because we do something for Him, but because He loves us through us.

God's love is a self-sacrificial love, a love that never gives up, and God sees us as so irreplaceable that nothing can erase or diminish that love.

God forgives us, has mercy on us, heals us, encourages us, and delights in us.

No matter who we are, God longs to have us.

When we are touched by that love, we cannot help but feel nothing.

Our hearts are thrilled to respond to God's love.

God's love frees us and envelops us in joy and hope.
