Gospel Reflections#26: A Chain Reaction

Matthew 18:33 As I have had compassion on you, should you not have had compassion on your fellow man?"

A slave who had a high debt canceled by his lord did not forgive the debt of his fellow slave, so the lord said this, cancel the cancellation of his debt, and put him in prison.

We surely do not realize the magnitude of the mercy and forgiveness we receive from God.

If we knew how much God has done for us, we would be compelled by God's love to do the same.

God told us, "Do unto others as I have done unto thee. If we do not know what God is doing for us, we would not be able to do something for others.

The principle of the Kingdom of Heaven is that the mercy we receive creates a chain reaction that overflows through us to those around us!

First, experience God's mercy. Experience God's forgiveness.

Let's immerse ourselves in God's love. Ask, and God will give.

God gives to you in abundance.

When you experience that, you will have a chain reaction! And it will spread like a pandemic. This is God's way!
