Gospel Reflections #22: God sees our inner light, not our Outer light!

Matthew 21:31 I tell you plainly. The tax collectors and prostitutes will enter the kingdom of God before you."

The most unlikely people believed in Jesus, but the chief priests and elders did not. Why is this?

The religious leaders kept the Law and the Sabbath, read the Bible, and prayed without fail, but they did not really know Jesus.

They also have recognized their true needs.

Our faith is not meaningful only in form, only in self-satisfaction. To satisfy our feeling of being good.

The more we truly know Jesus, the more we want to know, talk to, touch, fellowship with, follow, and love Him.

God sees our inner light, not our outer light!

Examine your heart and if you find a hole that only God can fill, don't try to fill it with something else, let God fill it.

God is always waiting for you. May this be a Sabbath where you can choose to spend time abundant with God!
