Matthew 1:23 "His name shall be called Immanuel."This name means "God is with us."

Matthew describes Joseph's dismay when he received the news that Mary was pregnant.

God does not leave us alone in situations when we are so overwhelmed with anxiety that we cannot even believe.

Joseph had his doubts taken away by an angel and accepted God's plan.

Immanuel" is also taken from Isaiah 7, where Ahaz, king of Judah, was not a God-fearing king, but God shows Ahaz that God is with him. But Ahaz rejects it.

God does not give up when we fall away from Him, but works to bring us back. When we do, He shows us that He is always with us.We may know that God is always with us when we feel alone, when everything is going wrong, when we are confused.

We may only see the solution to the problem at hand, but God sees the loneliness, emptiness, and loneliness deep in our hearts. It is because God works on us that we can have a peace that we cannot have in this world.

We want to experience more and more what a blessing it is to be with God. I hope you have a good time with God who is with you today!
