Matthew 28:18 "I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth."
These are the words Jesus spoke to his disciples before his ascension. After these words, he said, "Go ye therefore, and make disciples of all people my disciples." And finally, Jesus said, "I will be with you always, even to the end of the world.
Jesus gives us hope and assurance that when he urges us to do something, he will take full responsibility and that he will not leave us alone until the end.
Jesus prepares and arranges everything and shows us what we can do. We are given freedom of choice. It is not a choice of whether or not we can or cannot do something, but a choice of whether or not we believe that God can do it.
I want to make the choice to believe that God is in charge and is with me, even though I cannot. To do this, we need to know more about the kind of God we believe in.This is not knowledge, but a series of small experiences in our daily lives! This is the "My God" experience.
