John 14:3 I will come back and receive you unto myself, and where I am, there ye shall be also. Thus where I am, there you will be also."

In order to restore us who have been bound by sin, Jesus gave up His position and came to this world as a human being just like us and gave His life to remove the chains that bind us to our sins.

Through His resurrection, He made it possible for us to live a new life. Now He has returned to heaven to intercede for us. This alone is amazing, but Jesus is coming back to receive us. Jesus clearly assures us of this. Heaven is not some place in heaven, but a place where we can be with Jesus. Eternity is our being with Jesus.

We are waiting for Jesus to come to us, but even as we are waiting, we are experiencing being with Jesus. The presence of Jesus in our hearts is the heaven we experience in our hearts. This is an experience in our hearts, but the joy of this experience is manifested in our words, our expressions, our attitudes, and our actions. We don't have to wait for Jesus to come to us to experience heaven! And you can have those around you taste heaven as well.

The real joy of heaven is not the superiority of material things, but the security and joy of being together. But I am sure that the security and joy of actually being with Jesus will be so wonderful that we can't even imagine it. Let's look forward to it!
