John 21:9-12 "There was a charcoal fire. On it were placed fish, and there was bread... Jesus said, "Come, eat your morning meal."

Jesus had the disciples catch the fish, and not only that, he built a fire and cooked breakfast. He showed the disciples, who were discouraged, miraculous works, warmed them, fed them, healed their hearts, and encouraged them.

Jesus does the same for us. He takes care of every detail of our lives. It doesn't matter if we are good disciples or not. Jesus just loves us. His love restores us. Jesus gives us new strength, a new heart, a new breath of life, and those who accept it can step forward in hope and joy. Jesus is the one who always supports us from below.

This Gospel Reflections page is written by Masae San, a devoted student of the Bible who passionately embraces the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She shares her daily reflections on the Gospels as a way to reach out to others and spread the message of Jesus. We're sharing her message here so that you too can experience the joy that comes from the Gospel that has filled her heart.
