Acts 28:30,31 "Paul, who ... . lived for two whole years... . proclaiming the kingdom of God and continuing to teach about the Lord Jesus Christ."
When Paul arrived in Rome, which he had longed to do, he was under house arrest. But Paul didn't waste time thinking about what he could do rather than what he couldn't. Paul wanted to tell about Jesus. God did not condemn Saul for persecuting Jesus, but spoke to him and revealed Jesus himself.
Saul was not condemned, but God spoke to him and revealed himself to him, because God forgave, accepted, and loved him. Saul accepted it, faced God, and accepted Jesus as his Savior.
Then, in God's love, he was reborn as Paul and used by God. This experience drove Paul to evangelize the Gentiles to the end. It is not so much a mission as a passion to share joy.
Those who have been forgiven by God, healed, pitied, and filled with God's love will want to tell others about God without being told to do so. This is because the joy of experiencing God's love is not limited to us, but affects those around us like an explosion. This is the mystery that only God can do!
