Mark 6:31 "Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest."

During His third missionary journey, Jesus appointed the twelve disciples.

Jesus called the twelve disciples to Him, sent them out two by two, gave them authority over unclean spirits, and instructed them on how to conduct their missionary journeys.

The disciples drove out many demons and anointed and healed many sick people.

The disciples gathered around Jesus and reported everything they had done and taught.

Knowing they hadn't even had time to eat, Jesus told them to rest.

Our God does not demand we give 100% effort all the time, everywhere.

He deeply understands our weakness and is always mindful of our physical fatigue and hunger.

He is not a God who demands "Work! Work!" but one who provides both on and off times.

God walks alongside us, preparing what we need and guiding us so we can joyfully accept His calling.

Therefore, it is not a faith of relentless striving; when our energy runs low, He grants us a time to recharge.

Since the signs of an empty tank vary for each person, don't compare yourself to others. Instead, understand your own state well and seek God's help.

God gives us "places to let go," "places to experience peace," and "times to simply rest, look to God, pray, and entrust ourselves to Him."

Let us also listen carefully to the voices of our own bodies and hearts. If necessary, let us choose to pause, look back, turn our hearts toward Jesus, and immerse ourselves in His healing.

Resting is not a bad thing; it is a time to prepare for the next work.
