Luke 2:46 "After three days, they found Jesus sitting in the middle of the scholars in the temple precincts, listening and asking questions."

This is the scene when Jesus, aged 12, went to Jerusalem with his parents at the Feast of the Passover.

Jesus was mingling with the adults and discussing God's teachings on an equal footing with them.

And all who listened were amazed at Jesus' wisdom and his answers.

We may argue about faith and God with people from all walks of life, but do we ever judge them on the basis of their age, faith history, personality, occupation, or how good or bad their relationship is with us, rather than on the content of what they say?

We do not know through whom God will show us His will.

This does not mean that we have to believe everything they say, but the ideal is to respect and honour them as better than ourselves, and then share with them on an equal footing.

God uses our small existence.

God is able to create great miracles out of small beings.

Today, we should offer our small hearts and small faith to God and let Him show us big miracles.

The miracle may not be a change in the outside world, but God making your heart peaceful and giving you joy and hope.
