Micah 5:1,2 Marshal your troops now, city of troops, for a siege is laid against us. They will strike Israel’s ruler on the cheek with a rod. “But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times.”
God sent Jesus to us not because the enemy shot Israel's captors, but because the plan was in place before Adam sinned.
God did not prepare a new strategy because the situation was getting worse; it was in
God's plan for mankind's salvation from the beginning.
We often judge God based on our immediate circumstances, and we often blame, doubt, or waver in our faith in a God who does not change things for the better for us.
But the God we believe in works for our salvation from the beginning to the end without change, and continues to lead us as His children.
This is not the story of the Old or New Testaments, but of the present time as well. When we turn the eyes of faith to heaven, we can see God and Jesus' work in surprising ways.
This is God's miracle!
God has certainly prepared miracles for us that are worthy of our faith in Him.
If we truly seek Him, He will give it to us generously.
