Exodus 14:14 "The Lord will fight for you. You must be still."
Our Lord Jesus has been fighting for us ever since God declared war against Satan.
When the war begins, our God does not send us to the battlefield first, but He Himself goes to the battlefield.
But as the end draws near, our enemies
may well be whispering kindly beside us instead of on the battlefield
.
If we are not sustained by God's power, we will lose our faith, courage, and discernment in the final temptation.
So now we are to be constantly in God's protection through the daily discipline of quietness and discernment of God's voice.
God is always speaking to us and showing us that He is present.
He works in us and guides us as long as we express our willingness to accept.
Instead of fighting, we need only to be quiet, listening to God's voice, and rejoicing in being with Him.
God moves us and leads us.
