Gospel Reflections #564: God is all we need to win our spiritual battles

Ephesians6:10: "Finally I say to you. Rely on the Lord and be strong in his great power."

We can fight our spiritual battles in this world not in our own strength, but by relying on the Lord.

It is the great power of God; it is His armor.

It is called the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which refers to God's character and His Word.

God has provided everything we need for our spiritual warfare in this world.

It is Jesus Christ and the love of God.

Our spiritual warfare in the world is not to fight with weapons, but to love with all our might.

God provides for our needs so that we can love to the utmost.

He works in us so that we can accept His armor and love willingly.

The spiritual battles of this world depend on our choices, and God prepares us to choose Him, and He will ultimately win.

Therefore, we do not need to be afraid.
