1 Corinthians 15:52 “ The last trumpet sounds, and immediately, in an instant, the dead are resurrected and made incorruptible, and we are changed. When the trumpet sounds, the dead are resurrected and made incorruptible, and we are changed."

God not only frees us from sin, He also comes to meet us.

God promises that those who died believing in Him before He came for them will be resurrected and changed into the people God created in the beginning.

For those of us who believe in God, the Bible says that death is a sleep.

We have hope even in death.

We need to live by faith.

We know what God has done for us, what He is still doing for us, and who He is to us through our daily relationship with Him. So we can believe that even in death there is hope, that death is not death but sleep.

To live by faith is to look at God's promises rather than at reality.

God will come for us and awaken us from the sleep of death.

And the first thing we will see when we wake up will surely be Jesus, our Savior!
