1 Corinthians 15:10 “I am what I am today by the grace of God, and the grace of God that was given to me was not in vain. And the grace of God that was given to me was not in vain, for I have worked much more than all the other apostles. But it was not really I who worked, but the grace of God with me."
We take for granted that what we do in our daily lives is our own doing, that we are able to do it.
For things that we can manage on our own, we don't really need God or rely on Him, and we act according to our own senses.
When we are able to accomplish more than we planned, we are unintentionally proud of ourselves.
We may not even think about the fact that God is working all along the way.
But God loves us, and it is because of His work in our hearts that He causes our desires to arise and become a reality for His glory.
Therefore, even if what we see before us is beyond our imagination, we should deal with it without murmuring or doubting, believing and accepting God's grace that is with us.
What we should feel is not the accomplishment of many works, but the presence of God with us. And that will surely lead us to joy and gratitude!
