Luke 21:20 "When you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, realize that its destruction is near."
God forewarns us in advance of particularly serious events so that we will not be surprised.
God is a God who protects and guides us, but He does not move everything so that we do not have to think or make choices.
He is preparing us so that we can hear His voice and make the right choices accordingly.
We just need to act as God tells us to act.
If we don't know, we can ask God for help. If we do know, but we are uncertain, we can express our uncertainty to God.
In this way, we can deepen our relationship with God and build a relationship that allows us to trust and follow God no matter what happens, even if we don't understand Him well.
God will continue to work until we understand. God will continue to whisper to us as long as we do not give up.
The fall of Jerusalem was God's forgiveness to save His people, not to destroy those who disobey Him.
The Second Coming is also not to judge and destroy those who disobey God, but to welcome God's people who have persevered.
The God we believe in will never abandon us, forsake us, or leave us behind.
