Ecclesiastes 4:9,10 “Two are better than one. For they will be well rewarded for their labors. For when they fall, one of them helps his friend up. But woe to the one who is alone and has no one to help him up when he falls.”

God does not leave us alone. Invisibly, God has placed the Holy Spirit beside us, and visibly, he has provided us with a helper in the form of a friend.

God knows that we cannot live alone.

But if we rely on ourselves and trust only in ourselves, we will not be aware of the helpers God has prepared for us.

In God, we are taught to receive and give God's love by showing each other our weaknesses, accepting them in each other, and compensating for them in each other.

Just as the Sabbath is for God the Creator and us, His creatures, to share, so we cannot share anything alone in our daily lives.

God has provided us with everything we need.

It is up to us how we receive it and how we use it.

In particular, we need friends of faith. We can walk the path of faith with joy and hope because we have a friend with whom we can talk about the invisible things as if we could see them.

Now, talk about God with your friends of faith to your heart's content, let out your true feelings, confess your weaknesses, and rejoice in God boldly with your eyes fixed on Him!
