Proverbs 15:3 “Everywhere the eyes of the Lord are fixed, He sees the good and the evil."

How did you picture God when you read this verse?

Is it a God with kind eyes or a God like a surveillance camera?

Our God is a God who knows everything about us and accepts us.

He is not a God who checks the actions of good people and bad people everywhere, but a God who knows our weaknesses, our struggles, our sorrows, our problems, and everything in our hearts. Therefore, we don't have to hide anything from God, nor do we have to dress up.

God watches over us, never taking His eyes off of us, guiding our failures to our spiritual growth and mending our mistakes. And God works in us to notice when we should notice.

God is not a God who seeks to find fault with us, but a God who loves us, forgives us, and has mercy on us.

When we engage with such a God on a daily basis, we will want to be closer to Him, and we will want to talk to Him about the good and the not-so-good.

Because our God is the Shepherd who risked His life for us!
