2 Peter 1:4 “We have been given precious and wonderful promises. For by these you were saved from the corruption of the world through lust, so that you may be partakers of the divine nature."
God has declared war on Satan for the salvation of mankind, and this has been fulfilled through Jesus.
From then on, if we believe and accept Jesus as our Savior and Redeemer, God will give us new life as His children.
We have been redeemed by Jesus, but we believe in the biblical term "Redeemer" without knowing much about Him.
Peter says, "All things pertaining to our new life and faith are given to us by the divine power of the Lord Jesus."
If we focus only on God's miracles only, we may one day stop believing in Him.
The "true grace and peace" that God gives us can only be experienced through our individual personal knowledge of God and Jesus.
God has promised to raise us up and come for us.
We can be partakers of God's nature by always keeping our eyes on that promise and staying close to Jesus.
What we can do is to discover a lot about "who our Jesus is" in the Bible, and when we do, "rejoice and share God" with others.
This will help us mature as God's children!
It is not ourselves but our God who makes us grow. Nothing else is possible!
