2 Corinthians 5:14,15 "Because the love of Christ drives us.' We think of it this way. We believe that the love of Christ is the reason for the death of all men, for since one died for all, all have died also. That One died for all. The purpose is that those who are alive should no longer live for themselves, but for the One who died for them."

Jesus took our place in order to get us back. We did not earnestly ask Jesus to do this. Jesus offered his life to save us when we did not even feel the need to do so.

He offered Himself so that we could be freed from sin and live a new life.

When we believe this, we may not have a clear sense of freedom from sin or new life, but we have certainly received Jesus' love.

We are transformed in God's love when we believe and accept what Jesus has done for me. We may not be able to feel it, but we are definitely in God's hands.

Rather than living for God, God is preparing the way for us to become one with Him.

The love of Christ drives us to "live with Jesus. And here we have God's love, hope, and peace in abundance.
