2 Peter 3:13 "But we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness, according to the promise of God."

God is coming for us. God is coming for us, and we are waiting for it with faith. The new heavens and the new earth that God is preparing for us are more wonderful than we can even imagine.

We have been set free from sin through the cross of Jesus and are being raised as God's children in this world under the dominion of sin, yet even in this world we are experiencing the Kingdom of Heaven while we are in this world!

In this world, we cannot live with God face to face, but the invisible God is in our hearts. The Kingdom of God is already established in our hearts. That is why we can rejoice in God and wait for Him. This is not because of our effort and obedience to God, but only because of His grace, and because we have received that grace.

Until God comes to welcome us, we should share the joy of the Kingdom of Heaven in our hearts and invite those who do not know God to rejoice with us, and we who are waiting for God should fill this earth with joy for God and welcome His presence. We are not to wait patiently for God's coming, but to wait with joy and praise.

Our God has many surprises in store for us while we wait. If we are willing to receive, He will surely deliver to us the wonderful gift of His presence. But surely there is something even more wonderful in the new heaven and new earth. That is, God and us can be one, and we can rejoice together face to face!
