Genesis 2:8 "The Lord God made every tree grow in the earth that is pleasant to the sight and good for eating, and in the midst of the garden he made to grow the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil."
God has provided us with the food we need.
God has provided us with the food we need, and God has given us freedom of choice.
But God told us not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
God also told Adam and Eve why they should not eat from that tree.
But God left the final choice to human beings.
God did not say that if we choose the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, we are finished.
He has shown us that if we choose it, the ultimate result is death, but
no matter what we choose or how many times we choose it, God will do every work to deliver us from death. And He is willing to sacrifice.
