Matthew 5:9 "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God."

What does peace mean? What does God mean by peace?

What does it mean to realize peace?

We cannot produce anything good.

Without Jesus' righteousness, we can do no good.

We need to look up to Jesus, touch Him, and be involved with Him so that we can be freed from our self-judging hearts. So we can forgive and accept others and bear one another's burdens.

The more zealous we become in our faith, the more we may emphasize how righteous our faith is by judging and condemning those who think differently from us.

But Jesus doesn't condemn us when we are 100% wrong; He cleans up our messes.

It is Jesus' character, like forgiveness and self-sacrifice, that makes peace possible.

We cannot create peace unless we experience God's love. Of course, we do not make peace, but Jesus in us does.

First, as we are freed from the effects of sin by God, healed by His love, and experience being with Him, He changes our hearts and creates peace.

And we can spread peace by sharing it with many people.

This is God's wonderful work.
