Genesis 7:19,20 "And the waters came with increasing force upon the earth, and covered all the high mountains that were under the heaven. And the waters increased in force and reached 15 ammah above it, and covered the mountains."

We are God's creatures, but we still live under the influence of sin, even though we have been redeemed by the cross of Jesus.

Is your God a God who chastens and punishes us because we disobey Him?

At the time of Noah's flood, God told Noah that the time had come to put an end to all flesh because all flesh had gone the way of the Fall in the land.

I do not think this means that God said He would destroy us because we are on the path of corruption. If we leave God, we will eventually perish. God knows this, and that is why He has called us and worked on us many times.

Even before Noah's flood, He warned us many times and prepared an Ark of salvation for us.

Those who could enter the Ark were not those who were well-behaved and had outstanding achievements, but those who believed in God.

God desires to do everything to save us, no matter what our circumstances, if our end point is destruction, and He is working for that purpose.

I believe that the flood was not God's doing to punish, but rather the ultimate result of man's separation from God.

Our God does not condemn or punish us in any way. God never abandons us or leaves us behind, no matter what.

We are created by God's love. In His love, God nurtures us.

What is your God like?
