Luke 10:20 "But do not rejoice because demons submit to you. Rather, rejoice that your names are written in heaven."

These words are the result of Jesus sending his appointees to towns and villages, after which they returned and said, "Lord, when we use your name, even the demons will submit to us."This is one of the words Jesus said in response to what they said.

When we experience Jesus' power to control a situation or someone, we sometimes feel as if we can do everything well in his name. Jesus has indeed given us all kinds of power, and He says that nothing can harm us.

I do not think this means that no harm will come to us, but rather that we do not need to protect ourselves; Jesus will protect us.

Therefore, I believe that we are told to pursue the likeness of Jesus without spiritual pride.

To be like Jesus means to be love, and I believe that just as Jesus was patient, accepting, compassionate, sympathetic, and sacrificial to us, we are to receive the same character in ourselves.

By keeping our eyes on God, we can become more like Him. We believe it, accept it, and rejoice in it, and God's chemistry is sure to happen!

What is written in heaven is not a list to be saved, but the joy with which we are saved.
