1 Thessalonians 5:18 "In all things be thankful, for this is what God wants you to do in Christ Jesus."

What God wants us to do is to be thankful, for everything.

We can be thankful for what is good for us, but can we be thankful for what is bad for us?

Why does God tell us to be thankful for everything?

We are the ones who decide what we see as good or bad.

We may take it for granted that good things are blessings from God and we should be thankful for them, and even bad circumstances are not from God but from Satan we shall still give thanks. Why? Because God promises to be with us in all our circumstances. God also promises to provide us with a way of escape.

God is always there behind the bad circumstances, caring for us. God does not tell us to go it alone or to work harder. God is always with us, encouraging us, healing us, resting us, and getting us up.God's love is never ending.

Today is another new beginning with God. Let us discover much of God's love and shower God with gratitude. God showers us with His love at all times.

Those of us who have experienced it are unintentionally driven to respond with showers of thanksgiving!
