1 Samuel 17:52 "Then the men of Israel and Judah rose with a shout and pursued the Philistine army."
This depicts the scene immediately after David defeated the giant Goliath, where the Israelite army—previously paralysed by fear—suddenly regained their courage and launched a fierce pursuit of the enemy.
As it says, "they raised a shout," the victory achieved through one young man's faith ignited the morale of the entire army.
When one person takes a step forward in faith, it becomes a force that moves even those around them who were previously "unable to move."
We often forget that God holds the solution to our enormous problems.
God desires us to entrust all our worries to Him and to live cheerfully in peace.
Yet, God's promise of help does not mean we need to make no effort.
We must believe His promise and take that step.
That step requires a humble heart that makes God our refuge, not relying on human thoughts, and trust in God. It is through this that God grants us the strength to overcome our problems.
Faith means trusting God completely, like David, and never shifting our focus away from Him.
