Gospel Reflections #877: The only One we can truly rely on

Proverbs 18:10 "The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe."

Our God is the only One we can truly rely on, our refuge, our fortress.

We sometimes think of turning to God as a last resort, but we should first run to Him and receive the wisdom and strength we need from Him.

Even when we think we believe in and rely on God, our actions often don't reflect it.

But when we realize this, let us look up to God and run to Him.

In the experience of being with God, we will be filled with peace, joy, and hope.

God's resources and grace are never exhausted.

Therefore, we can run to God and boldly ask of Him.
