1 John 2:2 "This is the one who takes away our sins—and not only our sins, but the sins of the whole world."
God not only devised a plan for our salvation but also chose to ensure its fulfillment.
God's world and this world were as incompatible as oil and water.
Yet it was Jesus who made them compatible, who brought them together as one.
Jesus became the bridge between heaven and earth, laying down His life.
Without this, we would never have known God, experienced His grace, or received salvation.
Though God atoned for the sins of the whole world through Jesus, we cannot partake of this blessing unless we know this truth and choose to accept God and follow Jesus.
God saves us .
Our salvation is conditional upon our choosing to accept God's grace.
It is also God who enables us to accept Jesus once we believe in Him.
Let us rejoice greatly in this God who provides everything we need.
