Gospel Reflections #846: The only condition is that we desire it.

Psalm 147:5 "Our Lord is great, his strength is mighty, and his wisdom is beyond measure."

We often define who God is based on our own limitations.

We also sometimes view God through our own human perspective.

As we experience how God works in our daily lives and the ways He uses to make us aware, we come to know that God is immeasurably great.

The more we sense that greatness, the more God might seem distant to us. Yet our God, though great, is the One who is near us, always watching over us.

Our God will never abandon us or forsake us.

To help us truly understand this, God is now preparing opportunities within our ordinary lives.

No matter how difficult or painful our circumstances may be, we can experience with certainty that God is with us.

The only condition is that we desire it.

God's plan is an astonishing grace, far beyond our imagination.

How we long to experience this daily!
