John 13:14 "Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another's feet."
Jesus embodied our Heavenly Father God in this world so that we could understand Him.
Jesus' method is to first demonstrate it Himself, then encourage us to imitate Him.
Jesus never forces us or moves us by command alone.
When we focus only on ourselves or cling to our own thoughts, God becomes invisible to us.
Let us turn our eyes to Jesus, take Him as our example, and ask God for the heart to desire to treat those around us as Jesus treated us.
Then, let us seek God's guidance to bring that desire to fruition.
Jesus not only became our example but also serves as our guide and support until we become like Him.
And it is not our own effort or endurance that brings us to completion, but the power of God's great love.
