1 Corinthians 1:24 "To the Jews and also to the Greeks we are preaching Christ—God’s power and God’s wisdom."
Paul proclaimed Christ crucified.
At that time, this Christ was a stumbling block to the Jews and foolishness to the Gentiles.
But for those who were called, whether Jews or Greeks, Christ became God's power and God's wisdom.
Even if we are weak, even if we have only a faint faith, even if we succumb to sin's temptations, when we believe and accept that Jesus saves us and guides us surely, we are covered by the robe of Jesus' righteousness.
It is not that we become wonderful, but because Jesus is with us, because of the robe of righteousness of Jesus, we are protected, supported, guided, and enveloped in peace.
As we rejoice in being wrapped in the robe of righteousness of Jesus, we are transformed by God within that joy.
