I John 5:11 "The testimony is that God has given us eternal life, and that this life is in his Son."

The Bible says that there are "three things that bear witness" - "the Spirit, the water and the blood" - and that these "three things agree".

This describes Jesus, and God has given us the testimony that is expressed in Jesus.

'He who believes in the Son of God has this testimony in him,' says the Bible.

We have new life from God as believers in the Son of God, and believing this, we should be living a new life.

The Bible clearly indicates that 'he who has the Son has life, and he who does not have the Son of God does not have life'.

God's promise is in the prophetic perfect tense.

This is because what God has promised in His Word is a reliable and certain fact of reality, but this is not automatically given to us.

God's promises are transformed into reality through our faith and obedience.

In other words, we deepen our fellowship and relationship with God by receiving every single thing He gives us and every single thing He leads us to, and this is a sign that we are convinced of His presence.

Today let us immerse ourselves in God's faithfulness and sincerity and welcome Him into our midst.

Eternal life is the presence of God.
