Luke 1:32 “He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Most High. And the Lord God will give him the throne of his father David."
These are the words after the angel Gabriel came to Mary and told her that she was pregnant and would give birth to a son.
Mary was at first surprised and reacted to the angel by asking how this could be possible.
The angel responded sincerely, telling Mary that it was by the Holy Spirit and that the child born was holy and the Son of God.
Mary replied, "I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word."
We, too, should have the faith to say this sincerely.
There is nothing that God cannot do, but He dares to ask for human cooperation and to work together with us.
God prepares everything, and all we have to do is to agree to God's request for cooperation.
Even if we do not understand God's plans, intentions, or methods, all we can do is to believe in a "God who can do nothing," and choose to agree to God's requests for cooperation, which will give us eyes to see God's work.
