Jeremiah 23:6 "In his days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell securely. This is his name by which he will be called: 'The Lord is our salvation.'
God never abandons His people, no matter how far they stray. He has provided the One who can save them.
God saves us because He is love, not because we are enough. First, God saves us. We come to know who God truly is and joyfully accept Him as our Savior. We delight in God, believing and waiting for Him with joy.
The people praised the God who delivered Israel from Egypt, saying, "The Lord who brought the people of Israel out of the land of Egypt is alive." And they praised the God who delivered them from the Babylonian captivity, saying, "He brought the descendants of the house of Israel—from the land of the north and from all the lands where they had been driven. The God of that era is our God today.
The God of that era is our God today.
God remains unchanged and is still alive today.
And through the ordinary events of our lives, as we experience our relationship with God, we are led to express not a vague 'our God,' but 'my God' with praise and joy.
No matter what kind of people we are, as long as we do not turn away from God, God will nurture us.
God will never let go of our hands.
