Psalm 119:105 "Your Word is the light of my path, a lamp to light my steps."
What does God's Word mean to us?
Even if we believe in and accept God, we may be facing the Bible as if it were a class subject at school rather than relying on the Word of God.
We may also be trying to deal with the Word of God without communicating with God.
As the Bible is said to be about Jesus, it describes who God is, what He has done for us, and what He will do for us.
If we do not discover our God in the words of the Bible, the Word of God will become mere words.
Just as God protected and guided the Israelites with a pillar of cloud and a pillar of fire during the Exodus, we are protected and guided by the Holy Spirit and the Word of the Bible.
We should know more about how God is the light of our lives, make full use of it, and manifest more of the joy that is the result of it.
