Colossians 1:13 "The Father has delivered us from the power of darkness and transferred us to the dominion of his beloved Son."

Our Heavenly Father declared war on Satan the moment we humans sinned, and it was fulfilled through Jesus.

And through Jesus' resurrection, we are raised to new life as children of God and heirs of God under His protection.

Our sins have already been paid for on the cross.

If we look at ourselves, we will continue to carry the burden of sin, but Jesus carried that burden for us.

Therefore, we must look to Jesus rather than to ourselves or we will not have the joy of salvation.

We are called to live a life that responds to each and every thing that God has done.
This is not an obligation or a rule, but a response to our God's love.

Rejoicing, enjoying, and receiving life under Jesus' rule is what we should be doing as saved people.
