Ephesians 1:22 "God also has subjected all things to the feet of Christ, and has given him the church as head over all things."

We who believe in God are under the rule of Christ.

This is not the image of being ruled, but of being protected, guided, and nurtured.

God has provided us with an environment in which believers can gather together.

The pastor is Christ, and the sheep are us, the church.

God gave us the church to make the invisible God visible.

The church is a place where the character of Christ overflows, not a good or bad program.

We are to forgive, accept, encourage, support, and share God's love with each other, so that we may be filled with gratitude and joy and extend God's love.

The church is a place where we can see God's love.
