Matthew 13:45 "And the kingdom of heaven is likened as follows. A merchant is looking for good pearls."
The merchant knows the real thing.
The merchant looks for pearls of better quality.
The merchant keeps searching to get good pearls, no matter how hard it is or how much work he has to do.
This is because they know how good pearls are and how much they are worth.
The Kingdom of Heaven is like the place where the merchant keeps searching for pearls of value and finally gets them.
We have been given the opportunity and environment to know God, and we continue to seek Him through prayer, the Bible, and service to know Him better.
And God gives us the opportunity to commune with Him.
The gospel of Christ is a blessing that all can have.
It is available to all if we seek it and keep looking for it.
The Kingdom of Heaven is not a world on a timeline of eternity, but a place where we can know and be with God, the only worthy God in this world and in this universe.
This will become a reality at the Second Coming, but even in our earthly life we can experience the Kingdom of Heaven in our hearts.
Our God cannot be understood in all of our human capacity, but He shows Himself to us in times and ways that we can understand.
When we discover who God is in the midst of our ordinary lives, we feel such joy that we want to shout and experience the Kingdom of Heaven.
