Hebrews 2:10 "For it was fitting for Him who is the goal and source of all things to make the author of their salvation perfect through numerous sufferings, in order to bring many children to glory."

Instead of blaming us for humanity's defeat by sin, God chose to declare war against Satan and deliver us from sin.

And to do this, Jesus had to bear all of our suffering.

It was through Jesus' suffering and sacrifice of his life that we were saved, and we could never have been saved by our own efforts.

Jesus sacrificed himself to make us perfect/mature.

Since we were saved by Jesus, we must be made perfect, just as he wanted us to be.

But this is not by our merits, efforts, or good deeds, but by the work of Jesus as we become one with him.

Everything is God's plan and goal.

As long as we don't reject it, God will lead us to perfection/maturity.
