Mark 11:24 "Therefore I say to you. Believe that everything you pray for has already been obtained. Then it will be so."

These words are a promise that all that the Almighty Savior can give will be given to those who trust in Him.

Jesus said, "If you believe without doubting in your heart, it will be done.

Faith" is "believing."

It is not whether or not our prayers are heard, but whether or not we believe in Jesus who hears our prayers.

When we unconsciously focus on our own thoughts and desires, our view of Jesus is clouded and our trust in Him is shaken.

When we truly believe that Jesus knows everything about us, that He knows when and what is best for us, and that He is guiding us, it becomes less important whether or not His response is what we want or need.

We are led by God to recognize and accept that we cannot do anything on our own.

When we truly believe that God is in control of everything and is guiding us to do what is best for us, we are given a peace that we cannot experience in this life, and we can rejoice that we live with God.

Omniscience and omnipotence are not what we should imagine, but God's patience, suffering, sacrifice, unconditional love, mercy, and extraordinary grace toward us.
