John 1:29 "Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world."
Jesus came down to this earth and became the Lamb to be slaughtered in order to fulfill the proclamation of the salvation of mankind.
Although He is God, Jesus gave up all divine authority, came to this earth as a sinner like us, but He did not sin, and took the place of all the consequences of sin.
If His death were the end, there would be no hope for us, but Jesus rose again as God.
He is still working tirelessly as the one who removes the "source" of sin in the world.
Through the cross of Jesus, we have redemption for our sins, and through His resurrection, we can have new life.
We only have a small idea of how great this is, but the more we see the angels and the heavens at the Second Coming, the more we will be amazed at the great grace and unconditional love that Jesus has given us.
First of all, let us share the joy of God's great love that we are experiencing now in the family of God!
