1 John 3:16 "Jesus laid down his life for us. By this we have known love. So we too should lay down our lives for our brothers."

Jesus' sacrifice for us was a manifestation of his love for us.

No matter how sinful we are, how stubborn we are, how depraved we are, Jesus does not see them, does not expect our response, but simply loves us through and through.

This love does not exist in the world.

It is a gift from God.

When we receive, taste and are filled with God's love, it becomes hard for us to keep them to ourselves.

God's love is bigger and more multiplied, so we want to share it with the people around us, and sharing enlarges it.

And we become happy to let those around us do to us what Jesus did to us, just as he did to us.

When our imperfection is filled with God's love, it becomes perfection and an instrument of God's love that He can use everywhere.
