Colossians 2:9,10 "In Christ the fullness of the divine nature dwells in fullness and in visible form, and you are filled in Christ. Christ is the head of all rule and authority."
Christ has shown us what God is like in a way that we can understand.
Even so, we may not fully believe in God or try to look for something that we can see.
Christ not only satisfies us, but also rules over heaven and earth.
Christ does not exclude all that is bad, but provides for all our needs so that we can stay connected to Him in the midst of the bad.
Ellen G. White puts it this way.
'Do we feel our inadequacy for the position of responsibility in which we stand? Then thank God for that. For the more you feel your weakness, the more you will want a helper. 'Draw near to God. Then God will draw near to you.' (James 4:8)
Jesus wants us to be happy and pleasant. Jesus wants us to do our best with our God-given abilities and to trust that He will send you people to help you and be your helpers in bearing your burdens."
Faith, it seems, is useless unless it is put to work.
Our ability to believe grows when we face difficulties and trials.
Putting our faith to work means that we look up to God at all times and turn our hearts to Him.
Our good actions are the result of God working!
