Isaiah 45:5 "I am the LORD, and there is no other; besides me there is no God."
This is not an exaggeration of God's authority, but a call to us.
God led us to salvation and saved us before we asked for it.
He reveals Himself to us after He has done all that He has to do for us.
God does not save us because we obey him, but after he has saved us first, he asks us for our consent: 'Who else can do all this but me? He asks us to agree with him.
God is confirming to us that "since I have done all this for you, you cannot think that there is any other God besides me".
God does not ask us to believe in Him when we know nothing about Him.
He wants us to acknowledge His existence when we know who He is.
What kind of God is He to you?
Do you trust God, accept this God as the only God and are you in the joy of being with Him?
If not, you should ask God for it.
God is faithful and faithful to respond to our requests.
God will show Himself to you in a way that you will understand.
