Psalm 121:1,2 "Lift up thine eyes, and I will lift up thine eyes unto the mountains. Where does my help come from? My help comes/from the Lord, who made heaven and earth."
We repeatedly ask God for help, both on the path of faith and in real life.
Sometimes when we are in the midst of trials, we are not even sure if God's help is there.
But when we suddenly focus our attention on nature, we may feel as if we are embraced by it.
And when we share with our friends in faith how we have been in trials, how we have come out of them, and what God has done for us, we gradually come to realize what God has done for each of us.
It is not the same for any one of us. However, as we listen to each person's walk, we can clearly see that God has definitely been protecting and guiding us.
This fills us with joy and praise, confident that God will continue to be with us, protecting and guiding us.
God knows our weaknesses better than we do.
Therefore, rather than only us contemplating God individually, God has given us friends with whom we can share the path of faith, with whom we can empathize, with whom we can resonate, so that we can discover God's work as we share various things with our friends in faith.
When we talk about God with friends with whom we can talk about anything, with whom we can cry and rejoice together, we can realize God, the King of the universe who created the heavens and the earth, more fully.
It is okay for us to be weak.
We can expose our weaknesses and be strengthened by God by sharing God, not by talking about our weaknesses.
That's why we can't help but praise Him.
